Free Health Care

Acupressure meets all the criteria of being a Holistic treatment modality. This program will focus on evaluating the benefits of  acupressure for relief of common conditions.

Advantages of Stressaway Acupressure
 It is non-invasive and there are no negative side-effects.
 It is safe, cost-effective, easy to learn and do on oneself at home.
 It promotes and generates overall healing, along with symptom relief.
 It accelerates healing from injuries and surgery.
 Chronic conditions that have resisted other treatments are frequently relieved.

The Acu-Ki Institute wishes to document two hypothesis. Significant results have been documented using small inexpensive  tools for a variety of conditions. (See History & Co-Op) First: we wish to determine if you can duplicate these results collected for over 1200 clients. Second: we have noted that other investigators have found that they can get good benefits just using finger pressure on pressure points. Our second hypothesis is that there is a significant improvement in patient outcome with the use of acupressure tools versus just using ones fingers. Just using a toothbrush to stimulate points may be a significant improvement in relief of symptoms.

Simple internet survey tools will be used to evaluate the effectiveness each person experiences. Youtube and written materials will provide training on how to do acupressure and the specific points to be used for each condition. All materials in the study will be provided at no charge to the client. The selected materials are free to view. No membership is required.

This library provides general educational information.

Help Us Document Your Experience

Our goal is to document what people experience when they learn and apply this form of acupressure themselves.

WHO has historically examined potential uses of acupuncture. Published research has also investigated some acupressure practices. These findings provide background.

We invite you to share what happens when you use these materials---including improvement, no change, worsening, or unwanted effects. Reporting is voluntary, and the free materials remain available whether or not you participate.

These educational practices do not replace necessary medical care. Continue prescribed care and discuss changes with your clinician.
